About King Kaution

A Musical Journey

Tramaine Bradley's journey from the streets of Grand Rapids, Michigan, to the music studios and stages is nothing short of a suspenseful biography filled with beats, brotherhood, and triumphs.

Born in the music-loving city of Grand Rapids in 1983, Tramaine's early years were painted with the diverse sounds of vinyl records playing in the background as his parents tidied up the house. Those Saturday mornings weren't just chores; they were a symphony of rhythm and melody, introducing him to the rich world of music that would shape his future.

In the heart of the 80s, Tramaine's ears became a canvas for the likes of LL Cool J, Kool Moe Dee, and Doug E Fresh. The beats of hip-hop found a home in his soul, and his destiny was sealed when he stumbled upon a jazz musician's basement studio during a routine errand with his father.

Against his father's caution, Tramaine touched the keys of a keyboard that would spark a lifelong fascination. The jazz musician saw potential, and a dream was born – a dream to make beats, to create music that echoed through the soul.

At thirteen, he discovered a neighbor, Fred Taylor, who had a makeshift studio in his basement. Under Fred's guidance, Tramaine honed his skills, graduating from beatboxing and table-banging to crafting beats on a keyboard. His talent didn't go unnoticed as he started making waves from junior high to high school, setting the stage for his future in the music scene.

High school brought revelations. Tramaine's older brother, known as "Tank," had a hidden talent – rapping. A chance encounter with Tank's recording studio adventures opened the door for Tramaine to discover his own passion for writing and spitting rhymes. Thus, Kaution was born – a name that echoed a warning to those who doubted his potential.

As a high school freshman and basketball player, Tramaine's musical ambitions grew. A bet with his father led to a 3.0 GPA and the fulfillment of a promise – his very own keyboard. The beats flowed, and his musical prowess expanded as he delved into studio recordings after basketball practices.

The path to fame took an unexpected turn during his senior year, crowned as Homecoming or Prom King. The popularity of Kaution soared, leading to the birth of the Giovanni Team – a group of friends inspired by a vampire book, drawing parallels between their brotherhood and a hip-hop rap clan.

After his accident, Kaution rose like a phoenix, founding his official label, Rookies 2 Legends Music Group. He unleashed a torrent of music projects and singles, leaving an indelible mark on the Grand Rapids music scene.

This is the suspenseful tale of King Kaution, a journey from beatboxing in basements to the throne of the rap game. Dive into the rhythm, feel the beats, and witness the evolution of a legend. There's more to discover – become the next inspired fan and witness the saga unfold.
